- Cebolla (1)
- Azucar (3 o 4 cucharadas de postre)
- Sal
- Pimienta
- Aceite
- Una rodaja ( de unos 2 cm de grosor) de rulo de queso de cabra
Cortamos la cebolla en juliana y la sofreimos en una sartén con una cucharada de aceite y una pizca de sal y pimienta.
Cuando comience a dorarse añadimos el azucar y removemos para que no se queme hasta que el azucar se convierta en caramelo. Si es necesario se puede añadir un poco de agua, un par de cucharadas soperas será suficiente.
Finalmente extendemos la cebolla, que ya está caramelizada, en la sarten e incorporamos en el centro el queso de cabra. A continuación "enterramos" el queso con la cebolla, tapamos la sarten y retiramos del fuego. Dejar reposar unos minutos y servir en un plato con tostas melba.
